Minced Chicken with Carrot

This is something that goes well with white rice.  Minced chicken with carrot cooked with Japanese light soya sauce with dashi.

「鶏と人参のそぼろ」鶏ひき肉と人参を白だし、みりん、酒、塩で炒めたもの。ご飯の伴の作り置き。こんな金平っぽい味付けは時々食べたくなる。
