Tomatoes & Mozzarella

The Supermarket in my neighbourhood started to sell "Buffalo Mozzarella".  I no longer have to go to the speciality shop for good cheese.  I didn't use basil leaves for this but used homemade Pesto sauce.

「バッファロー・モッツアレラ」以前は無かったが、近所のスーパーにバッファローのモッツアレラが売ってあった。バジルの代わりに自家製のジェノベーゼソースと甘いバルサミコ酢で。
