I'm not very sure that I can recommend this dish to people but I've been trying to cook something low carb and low calories. Indian lettuce cooked with Japanese dashi sauce and fried tofu seasoned with grated sesame.
「インドレタスと豆腐の含め煮」低糖質、低カロリー、ベジタリアンなダイエット料理を作ってみた。インドレタスを出汁醤油とごま油で煮含めたものと、豆腐の炒め物にすりごまをまぶしたもの。美味しいのだけど、おすすめできるかと言えばそうでもない。
