Char Siu

It was not my best result this time yet I love Hong Kong Char Siu.  I didn't have all the ingredients for making marinade such as food colouring.  The taste was good but I wish it could be a more shining and luscious look.

「叉焼」少し前の料理。コロナ禍で材料が揃わなかったので、あるもので作った。味は良しだがもう少し色を赤くテリテリに作りたかった。脂身の所は作りたてだと美味しいのだが時間が経つと美味しくないので取り除く。ただ料理するときは脂をのぞいて焼くと美味しくない様な気がする。
