Wanton Skin Ravioli

I had Wanton skins left from the other day's Siu Mai so I made wrapped filling of chicken and feta cheese.  The sauce is cherry tomato sauteed in olive oil and a half cup of chicken stock is poured.

「ワンタン皮のラビオリ」焼売の残りでワンタンの皮が余ったので鶏挽肉とフェタチーズを詰めた。ソースはニンニクを炒めたオリーブオイルにチェリートマトを入れてチキンストックを注いだもの。少し塩をしっかりするとよい。
