Kee Fish with Vegetable

This is a fish saute with butter sauce.  I wish I could make this with smaller fish to make it sandwich with the other side of the filet.  I served it with vegetable rice.

「キーフィッシュと野菜のソテー」これは本当はもう少し小さめの魚で作って半身を乗せてサンドイッチにしたかった。クラシックなフレンチの料理の一つだが、身がプリッとした魚よりさっぱりした白身の方が向く。イトヨリや花鯛などがおすすめの料理法。
