I hardly cook steak with soya sauce but solely with salt and pepper usually but I tried soya sauce, sake and butter at the end of cooking for the flavour. This is very much a Japanese note but it was a great change sometimes. I sprayed a dash of sake and fresh soya sauce which both has to be good quality.
「酒と生醤油風味のステーキ」私は通常ステーキを焼く時は塩と胡椒のみの味付けをする(ソースは別として)が、今回は酒と醤油、バターの鉄板焼き風の味付けをしてみた。ほうれん草は特にバター醤油は美味しいと思う。肉は調理の最後の方で酒と生醤油をかけて香りを出した。
