Beef Salad

Whenever I have a beefsteak or roasted beef leftover, I make a salad with them a day after.  It's very good with baby spinach or rocket salad.  On top of this Roquefort cheese would have made it perfect.

「ビーフサラダ」ステーキやローストビーフの残りはサラダにする事が多い。水っぽいレタスより、ベビーほうれん草やロケットなどの香りのあるサラダが合う。これにロックフォールチーズがあれば尚良かった。
