Chicken and Olive Farfalle

Pasta is an amazing dish that it can taste good with any ingredients.  Yet it's so good when it's made with Mediterranean ingredients; olives, dried tomatoes, olive oil.

「鶏とオリーブのファルファーレ」パスタとはつくづく色んな食材と合い便利な料理だと思う。いつもあるもので料理することが多いが、ローストチキンの残り、オリーブ、ドライトマトという地中海的な材料で作った。イタリアで買ったドライトマトの味が濃くて美味しい。
