Chicken and Rocket Panini

 Rocket salad goes very well with panini sandwich.  Chicken breast is a good sauce of protein that can be used for anything so it's good to have some cooked in your fridge.  In recent years seasoned chicken breast called "Salad Chicken" is increasingly getting popular in Japan.

「鶏とロケットのパニーニ」ロケットとはたんぽぽ？だと思う。少し苦味のあるサラダで肉と相性がいい。鶏胸肉は調理しておくと色々と便利な食材だ。近年では日本でも”サラダチキン”が急に人気食材になったが、自作しておくといい。
