This is a dried noodle package from Taiwan. This type of noodle is usually served with Beef noodle but this came with green onion oil. I think that this can be served with soup but I made dried style with half boiled egg this time.
The noodle was extremely tasty I was very surprised with its' quality to be honest. It takes about 8 minutes to cook so it's very similar to cooking pasta.
「刀削麺」台湾の乾麺の刀削麺が驚くほど美味しかった。本来の生の刀削麺より薄くなっているので、ツルツルしていて食感がいい。一緒についている葱油も味が良い。スープ仕立てにもできるようになっているが、今回は和え麺にしてみた。茹で時間が8分かかるがとてもクオリティーが高いと思った。次回は牛のスネ肉の煮込みを作って牛肉麺を作ろう。
