Grilled Beef Cutlet

This is something like breadcrumb crusted meatballs grilled in tomato sauce.  Meatballs are great as they are but it becomes juicier with breadcrumbs.  I lightly cooked them in a pan first then lay them with tomato sauce in the iron plate to finish in the oven.

「焼きビーフカツ」これは大きめに作ったミートボールにパン粉を付けてフライパンで軽く焼き、鉄の皿にトマトソースを入れて一緒にオーブンで仕上げたもの。パン粉を付ける事で外側はカリッとし、肉汁を閉じ込めて中はジューシーになる。

カロリーは増すが、油でしっかり揚げるより軽い感じ。いつものハンバーグにひと工夫。
