Meat Pancakes

This is one of the most common and popular Russian food; Meat wrapped crepe called "блины с мясом".  Though this time, I didn't make crepes myself I bought a frozen one.  I have to make my own crepes the next time soon because this is very good.

「ロシアの肉クレープ」これは玉ねぎと牛ひき肉の炒めたものを巻いたクレープ。ロシア料理で、前菜やおやつとしてよく食べられている料理。

今回は冷凍のクレープを使ったので楽にできた。クレープから作ってもそんなに手間な料理ではないが、久しぶりに食べたらとても美味しかったので次回はちゃんとサワークリームも買って本格的に作ろうと思う。
