Quiche au Poulet

This is a quiche made with roasted chicken and boiled spinach.  I had some egg whites leftover from other desserts so I made this dish.  I used three egg whites and two whole eggs.

「鶏とほうれん草のキッシュ」デザート作りの残りで卵の白身が結構あったので、キッシュにした。確か白身３、全卵２で作ったと思う。キッシュやオムレツは白身が余っているときによく作る。具はローストチキンの残りと茹でたほうれん草。パルメザンチーズを入れると味にコクが出る。
