Tart aux Fraises

I make this tart every year when the season of U.S. strawberries.  I think the high season of the strawberry is in early spring in Japan, it's around April and May in France but the peak of import strawberry from the U.S. is now in Singapore end of May to June.

The U.S. strawberries are not very sweet but it has a good fragrance.  Its' texture is hard but it's good for a dessert.

「イチゴのタルト」毎年この時期になると作るデザート。アメリカ産の輸入イチゴのピークで安くなっている。日本のイチゴの時期は３月くらいでフランスは４、５月だがアメリカのイチゴはなぜかいつもこの時期、５月末から６月。

このイチゴはあまり甘くないが香りはとても良い。身が硬いのでデザートを選ぶがタルトはいい感じ。
