Petit Pot au Chocolat

These pot of chocolate cream is not exactly made in French recipe but I simply mixed melted chocolate with "Creme caramel".  I didn't put any heavy cream but it's wonderful as it was.

「プティポ・オ・ショコラ」これは本来チョコレートに生クリーム、卵を入れて作るものだが、私のはプリンのレシピに溶かしたチョコレートを混ぜたもの。濃厚なチョコプリンという感じ。クリームを入れるよりプリンの方が軽くて美味しいと思う。
