Shrimp Tempura Udon
I sometimes crave for Udon for its' soup. Konbu and Katsuo broth is comfort food for me. Shrimp tempura is the best topping for Udon.
「海老天うどん」時々うどんが食べたくなる。うどんと言うよりうどんの出汁が好きで食べたくなるのだと思う。今回は海老天ネギだく。
