Gratin aux epinards
This is boiled spinach with bechamel sauce. I usually make spinach cooked with a cooking cream but bechamel sauce make it better.
「ほうれん草のグラタン」茹でたほうれん草にベシャメルソースを加えてグラタンにした。いつもはクリームで煮立てるのがほうれん草の食べ方だったが、ベシャメルの方が美味しい。ほうれん草はたっぷり使いたい。
