Chicken with mushroom in cream sauce

Sometimes I cook a dish that I don't even know the name.  This is chicken thigh cooked with mushrooms in chicken stock and heavy cream.  Boiled potatoes are added at the end of cooking.

「鶏とマッシュルームのクリーム煮」冷蔵庫にあるものを組み合わせたら何料理なのかも分からないようなものになった。鶏の腿肉、ネギ、マッシュルームを鶏だしとクリームで煮たもの。じゃがいもは別に茹でたものを最後に合わせた。
