Grilled beef & vegetable

I wanted to make marinated beef skewer with vegetables but made it without the skewer.  In fact, it's not very easy to grill a skewered meat in a grill pan.  I'm longing to do a real BBQ!

「牛肉と野菜の串無し焼き」本当は串焼きを作ろうと思って牛肉をニンニク、米酢、スパイス、オリーブオイルに漬けていた。串に材料を刺すとグリルパンでもじっくり焼けばよいのだが、効率が悪いのでそのまま焼いた。
