Veal Cutlet

For the first time in a long while, I've found veal in the supermarket nearby.  Veal is my husband's favourite meat so when I find it I make a French dish with it.  "Escalope de veau" is easy and absolutely delicious.

「仔牛のカツレツ」コロナになって、近所のスーパーでは仔牛などの地元の人が日常で食べない食材がほとんど無かったのだが、最近また出てきたので早速カツレツを作った。最近色んな輸入食材が復活して嬉しい。
