Tartine Brunch

Tartines can be easy as it is just, cheese and slices of the boiled eggs.  It's good to spread a good amount of Japanese mayonnaise on the base of the bread.

「ターティン・ブランチ」ターティンもハム、チーズ、卵と簡単な材料でもできる。何にかもう少し飾りのハーブ類などがあった方が良かったが、コロナ禍の時は色んなものが無かった。
