Yakiniku Wrap

Variation of wrap bread is endless.  You can just wrap simple sandwich ingredients but you can also wrap a meal.  I wrapped Yakiniku which is grilled sliced beef with vegetables with soya sauce based sweet sauce on the top.

「焼肉ウラップ」ウラップ生地はなんでも包める。普通のサンドイッチの材料でもよいし、ご飯のおかず的なものもいける。今回は焼肉と野菜。最後は醤油ベースの甘辛だれをかけたが、日本の焼肉のタレがあったらもっと良かったと思う。
