Pan-fried Siu Mai



I wanted to make a grilled style of "Xiaolongbao" but it needs skin to develop with yeast.  Instead, I made it with Siu mai skin.  Which it becomes already a Gyoza...

「焼き焼売」本当は焼き小籠包が食べたいと思っていたが、小籠包生地はイーストを入れて発酵させなければいけないのが面倒で、焼売の皮で焼いた。要は餃子。。
