Creme Caramel

Creme caramel is a dessert that is always a very popular dessert in Japan.  I make them at home but I also try the ones from Convenient stores ones and patisseries in Japan.  By the way, Convini in Japan such as Seven Eleven, Family mart, Lawson are known for the quality of their desserts and they're extremely good for the price.

「プリン」あまり私は甘いものが好きでない方だがプリンは好きで、前回帰国した時には色んな店やコンビニのプリンを試してみた。プリンは昔風の少し固い方が好き。卵の黄身の量を多くするとカスタード風になる。
