Karaage Don

Fried chicken is not too great to eat the next day so I kept it not fried in my fridge and pan-fried them the next day.  I thought that it was not as good as deep fry but I didn't want to use a full batch of oil.

「唐揚げ丼」唐揚げは作り置き出来ないので、翌日はフライパンで小麦粉を付けて揚げ焼きにしたらチキンナゲット風になってしまった。タレは醤油とみりんに少し水を足して、一煮立ちさせたもの。
