Spaghetti Salad


Spaghetti salad is one of the small side dishes in Japan that kids love.  Cold pasta with slices of ham, cucumber, onion and boiled egg seasoned with mayonnaise sauce.

I try not to use much mayonnaise sauce because its high in calories but the Japanese mayonnaise is so tasty when you mix with this, anything becomes a great dish.  If you toss the pasta with olive oil and rice vinegar in advance, you can lessen the amount of mayonnaise.

「スパサラ」日頃はあまりマヨネーズ和えの料理はしないのだが、久しぶりに作ったら美味しかった。マヨネーズの量を減らすために少しお酢とオリーブオイルを最初に加えている。
