I usually make my Japanese Hambagu with 100% ground beef. Some people mix beef with pork but for this one, it's made only with ground pork. I don't think I can call it "Hambagu" but why not with Hambagu sauce.
This sauce is made with a mix of Ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soya sauce, rice vinegar sake and sugar. It's taste better to make the sauce sweeter for the pork.
「甘酢ハンバーグ」豚100%で作っているので、もはやハンバーグとは呼べないが、ソースをそれっぽくしたのでハンバーグと言おう。シンガポールで豚肉は牛肉の1/3程度の値段なので節約レシピだ。
ソースはケチャップ、ウスターソース、酢、砂糖、醤油、酒。この甘酢っぱいソースがご飯と合い、とても美味しかった。子供が好きそうな味。ソースをたっぷり作るのがコツ。
