Nikujaga

This is the biggest mistake of cooking in my recent years that I thought that I could make "Nikujaga" with slices of pork but it was not a good idea as the result.

Nikujaga definitely has to be made with slices of beef for me.  Because I happened to have slices of Iberico pork, I thought it would make it but it didn't.

「肉じゃが」これは自分的に失敗した料理。イベリコ豚の薄切りで肉じゃがを作ったのだが、コレじゃない感が酷かった。私は肉じゃがは牛肉でないとダメだ。しかも写真は２日目に撮ったものなので見た目も悪い。
