Roasted white snapper

When I don't want to fillet the fish I just place in the oven to grill it.  White snapper is a great fish for oven cooking.  It's also important not to overcook the fish so the fish won't become hard.

焼き過ぎなければとてもフワッとした仕上がりになるのだ。そして丸ごと焼くことで骨や皮からジワッと旨味が出てくる。さっぱりした魚なので、レモンとオリーブオイルをたっぷりかけて頂く。
