Steak au aubergine
I like aubergine for the side of beef. For this dish, I sauteed it with olive oil and drizzled with sweet balsamic vinegar.
「ステーキと茄子のソテー」茄子は牛肉の付け合わせによく合うと思う。今回はオリーブオイルでニンニクと一緒にソテーして塩をし、最後に甘いバルサミコ酢をかけた。同時に肉の焼き汁に酒と醤油を入れてデグレイズして、和風とフュージョンに。
