Sometimes it's good to have a salad for dinner. It doesn't really show in the photo, but I boiled some Indian lentils called "Dal" for the topping. It's good to add a small amount of carbo if you want to make a salad a complete dish.
「サーモンサラダ」写真にはあまり見えないが「ダル」というインド料理に使う小さなレンズ豆を茹でてトッピングに入れている。サラダのみの食事の時は少し炭水化物を入れると満足感がある。
