Monte Cristo

This is a sandwich I've found on Youtube called "Monte Cristo" which is a three-layered ham and cheese sandwich battered in the egg.  It tastes so good when you cook it with a good amount of butter.

「モンテクリスト・サンド」これもYoutubeで発見した料理。3枚重ねのハムとチーズのサンドイッチを卵と牛乳に浸してバターで焼いたもの。フレンチトーストの塩版という感じのリッチなサンドイッチ。簡単でとても美味しいのでおすすめ。
