Ye mein

I've tried dry noodle of Yi mein for the first time.  I had no idea how the texture of the noodle is like.  As a result, it was similar to instant noodle.  Yi mein has to be freshly made as it's original.  I used to buy them at the noodle shop in Hong Kong, it was extremely good.

「伊麺」伊麺とは油で揚げてある麺。ドライになったものがあったので試してみた。野菜を炒めてスープ仕立てにしたものに入れたが、チキンラーメンの様な感じだ。

香港の麺屋で買っていた伊麺が懐かしい。油で揚げたてなので美味しさが全く違う。香港の龍蝦伊麵（ロブスター麺）の美味しさといったら格別だ。
