Panini brunch

I think that the grilled bell pepper with tuna is a great combination for a sandwich.  Because I thought that tomatoes are too wet for pressed panini, but the sweetness of red bell pepper is much better than tomato.

「パニーニ・ブランチ」パニーニの中身はチキン、チーズ、ハムなどを挟む事が多いが、自作のツナマヨも相性が良かった。パプリカのグリルと一緒に挟んだもの良かったのだろう。グリルサンドの具はトマトなどの野菜を入れると水っぽくなるので中身に悩む。
